Home & Small Commercial Security Sales Consultant


 

Job Description: Responsible for sales of home security & small commercial related packages and products.

Type of Position: Full Time

Required Education or Formal Training:

  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred

Required Certifications or Licenses: Valid Drivers License

Main Responsibilites:

  • Prospect for new clients and possess self-motivated skills that will work independantly as well as in a team setting.
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client’s needs
  • Prepare documents according to established company guidelines.
  • Close Sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow up with customer.
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final “walk-through” with clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and canvassing.
  • Have reliable transportation.

Required Skills and/or Knowledge:

  • Self-Motivated, able to work independently and able to generate leads.
  • Strong verbal and written communciation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Other:

  • Clean Driving record.
  • Bilingual a Must.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communciation skills both written and verbal
  • Drug testing required
  • Background check required
